Farenheit 451- Why did the author write this work?
I think that the author wrote this work to share his feelings about a controlled government. I think he is also trying to get across that it is ok to be diffrent than other people. He does these two things by saying that in 451, that they are not free to do what they want. They are strictly controlled and not even allowed to know things from the past. The author may be trying to say that he does not think that this is ok, and is should never happen. Also, he is trying to say that the world would be crazy with such a strict government. Everbody would have to be the same, and some people would not like that. They may revolt (such as Clarisse) by disobeying the gtovernment. Like in the book it seems as Clarisse and her family reads, which is strictly agianst the law.
